Firdevs Ev has  graduated from Boğaziçi University, Department of Political Science and International Relations. In addition to the stories she wrote, she continued her literary studies with the journal Kırtıpil, of which she was one of the founders, the independent literary society, the Text Experiments Area, and the translations of books from English and German. She has worked in the fields of Communication, Media and Marketing in different culture and art fields.
