Tuğçe Isıyel was born in 1986 in Istanbul. She is a clinical psychologist and psychotherapist. She continues her psychotherapy studies at Polente Psychology, which she founded. Her reviews, essays, and criticisms are published in various media outlets. She is the author of Encounters and Partly Cloudy. She contributed to a tribute book for Tezer Özlü, A Gift to Tezer Özlü; and prepared the short story book Residents of Istanbul for publication.
